Help!

Ok so I need help choosing a phone cover.

I have this cover already in a pinkish magente-y color and I LOVE it. But I came across these two which I equally want. I might break down and get both, but if I had to choose, which one should I pick? Yellow or Turquoise?

Sad Day for Idol Fans

So it's official. Paula Abdul is leaving American Idol. I know she was kind of annoying and also quite the train wreck, but who didn't love her? I can't stand Kara, so I hope some secret behind the scenes meetings will be going on so we can get Paula back!

Ok so I apologize for blog overload yesterday.

I was bored. And I missed it. And surprisingly I had a lot to say.

And I promise I'm going to do a giveaway soon. I'm getting inspired by all these other fun bloggers and their giveaways!

So did ya'll watch Jon & Kate last night? I think it was pretty tasteful. I am so over Jon. I did feel bad for him back in the day, but that has come and gone! He has no spine and that's his problem. Now he talks about how much he hates being a "celebrity" but yet he's hanging out with Michael Lohan and the Ed Hardy guy? Right. What a loser. I just hope their kids won't be affected by all this. They are so cute!

Work countdown is on! Friday's my last day and I could not be MORE excited!

Ok two new things...

-Is anybody going to watch the new episodes of Jon & Kate + 8 tonight? I watched a little mini-marthon yesterday so I kinda want to watch tonight.

-Check out Nickelodeon's new logo. I like it, but it's kinda weird to see the slime leave!

This weekend I did purchase a new Kate Spade Wallet. It's the Taryn Wallet in Yellow... I can't find a picture of it and I haven't switched it out yet... but you get the idea...

Also, do you guys have any movie suggestions to rent? I am updating my Netflix Queue. I finally watched Bride Wars last night- super cute! I love Kate Hudson.

I found out from my Netflix Queue that 30 Rock Season 3 & The Office Season 5 come out in September! Yay! I love those shows! I own Season 1 & 2 of 30 Rock and I think I want to wait to buy like a box set of The Office-whenever that may be.

I am trying to get together some girls for a Thirty-One Party in the next few weeks... Have ya'll heard of Thirty-One before? B/c I hadn't until about a year ago. Check out their catalog- They have the CUTEST bags and you can get just about any and everything monogrammed! (You have to view the catalog to see all the stuff-check out 31 Kids too- I definitely have bought stuff from there before, totally a kid at heart!) Yes, Please!

Have you guys heard of the CASH for Clunkers Program the government is offering? I think my dad might try to take advantage of it and trade in his super old Dodge Dakota for a Toyota Tacoma. I hope he decides though soon, b/c the money is running out!

It's been a while...

Can ya'll believe it's August?



It feels like it's been forever since I've blogged! I have been so busy with all these weddings, but now they are over and this weekend I sure did veg out. Seriously. It was great.

I think I messed up my back one of the weekends and each day last week it was hurting more and more, so finally on Thursday I went to the doctor and they did an x-ray to make sure it was nothing serious. They think I just sprained a muscle like deep inside. It felt like my spine was aching, not just like a normal muscle pain, ya know? Well anyway, Saturday I chilled at home and rested and I think it really helped. Yesterday I laid out for a little bit before the rain and got some color- yay!

I know this post is kind of random, but nothing crazy exciting/news-worthy has really happened!

I am also on the hunt for a new job. I've been sending out my resumé and applying to any and everything that I think I might meet the requirements. I'd like to stay in South Carolina, but if I find a super awesome job in GA, SC, NC, VA, MD --wherever, I'll go.

One of my best friends just moved to Philadelphia to work for Boeing. This is a girl from the beach, who went to a private school, then USC then the University of Illinois, now to PA. I'm so proud of her, and at the same time makes me think- if she can do, so can I! I can't wait to visit her in Philly, I've never been and I can't wait to go!
