We ended up staying an extra day in Virginia this weekend so I didn't get back til yesterday. I have seriously spent ALL day today loading pics, editing pics & reading all 500+ blog posts I missed out on over the weekend! My eyeballs are definitely dried out now, but it was totally worth it!

Since I am currently unemployed, I'll be spending a lot more time on the MacBook looking for a new job and hopefully blogging more! In the mean time, here are some pics from our family get-together in Harrisonburg, VA. Be back tomorrow!

I am so slack!

I really have been the worst blogger ever! I am so sorry!

I am going out of town tomorrow for a family get together in VA. We are going to a water park which I am SUPER excited about! So excited that I may or may not have gotten two new bathing suits.

Weekend Wrap-Up

Ok lovies- here it is- the weekend wrap-up!

Friday, I got my hair done, went to the dentist--no cavities!--and had the Thirty-One party. It was fun to get some girls together and shop for purses! I ended up getting this fun flat-iron case. And a few other things :o)

Saturday I met up with some friends for lunch and then hit up the mall. I LOVE this dress from GAP. I have it in black and blue, and now cream & beige! Hooray!



We went to the Melting Pot for Emma's Mom's birthday dinner. Let me say, that restaurant is the bomb.com. For real. We had the cheese, a few meats (since my mom had never been there she wanted to try everything), and then dark chocolate for dessert. Ahhhh-Mazing! It was a super fun girls' evening!





Sunday I woke up with a sore throat so I kinda took it easy and was a bum. It was great. Sarah came over and we played some Wii Resort. It is such a fun game! I'm sad she's going back to Savannah, but hopefully it won't be long before we reunite!



I also gave myself a manicure. ::A little background info- I have gotten acrylic nails from 9th grade til sophomore year of college. I finally quit the habit, but I've hated my natural nails. I've actually finally gotten them thicker and healthier, so now they look super good! Anyway, I am proud of my real nails :o)::



I'm supposed to hear back from the job in Cola today- I'll let ya know how that works out.

It's been a while...

Ok first off- I am so sorry it's been so long since I've blogged! Who knew not having a job would keep me so busy?

I've been hanging out with some friends this week since they go back to school (the teachers). Today is my friend Emma's birthday- Happy Birthday Em! We went to Bonefish for dinner- yum-o-!

Tomorrow I'm having that 31 party that I am so looking forward to!

Saturday Emma, her mom, my mom and myself are going out for a special surprise birthday dinner for Emma's mom that I can't wait for! Pictures will surely follow :o)

I've also been working on some baby announcements that I'll be sure to post once I get the okay from the momma, but MAN they are cute!

I had a phone interview on Monday with my church in Columbia for an admin assistant position, so hopefully I'll be hearing back from them tomorrow or Monday. I might be moving back to Cola! I'm excited/nervous about it though- I have no idea where I'm going to live!

Oh and guess what- I WON A GIVEAWAY! yay!!! Angela at Sweet Tea Diaries was the host and I won a Lilly Pulitzer luggage tag from LWhelan Designs!

I'm so excited! I can't wait to put it on a suitcase!
